At Western Office Equipment our sales and support team provides expert support to all our customers. Our team is always willing to help over the phone.
Our shop is open from 9am to 5pm, and our tech support line is open from 8.30am to 11am. Weekend callouts are available if needed for contract customers.

Guarantees / Warranties
All our equipment has a fully comprehensive guarantee covering parts, labour and call out. New equipment is covered for 12 months and reconditioned for 3 months. At the end of the guarantee you will be offered an optional maintenance contract, covering parts, labour and call out for the next 12 months.
Service Charges
Our service department covers the South West area from Isles Of Scilly to Minehead. Call outs from £45.00+VAT including 1 hour labour. We can repair most makes of cash register. Repairs are carried out on site if possible. We aim to be on site within 24 hours Monday to Friday. FREE help for minor problems over the phone. We can give you a FREE quote to completely re-program your cash register to your requirements including new keyboard overlays for flat keyboards (Pub/Hospitality machines).
Service Contracts
After the guarantee period, a service contract will be sent to you. This is purely optional.
It will cover you for a further twelve months for labour and callouts. The price for a service contract is approx. 10% of the purchase price.
We will only offer service contracts on equipment we are agents for as these companies offer a wide range of spare parts. If the equipment is not currently under guarantee we will require an inspection of the equipment prior to issuing a service contract.
We can also look after your equipment on a chargeable basis if you decide not to take out a contract.
